Our new apartments are situated at the foot of the Alpe di Siusi in a sunny and quiet location amidst the greenery, 900m from the village center of Siusi at the Sciliar. Our house is located in the immediate vicinity of the golf course and the Alpe di Siusi cable car and is therefore an ideal starting point for your summer and winter holidays. The apartments are very large, bright and furnished with attention to detail in the modern Alpine flair. Each apartment has a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony or terrace with garden. The apartments are suitable for 2 to 6 persons. In addition, an underground car park offers space for your vehicle.

The ski resort in winter

The Alpe di Siusi, Europe's largest high alpine pasture, offers glorious slopes and trails for all skiers, cross-country skiers and snowboarders. It is directly connected to the Val Gardena ski area. Thus, is also directly connected to the Sellaronda. The circumnavigation of the Sella massif is probably the best-known ski round in South Tyrol in the Italian Alps. The numerous mountain huts along the slopes offer a variety of food and drinks and invite you to apres ski.
Also for tobogganers there are several toboggan runs. Very popular is the monlight toboggan. You can ice skate or curl on the nearby lake of Fié. The Alpe di Sisui is also ideal for walks and snowshoeing. The latest trend is biking on the Fat Bike.

Varied activities in the summer

The Alpe di Siusi and the Sciliar are the ideal places for long walks in the summer. There are vie ferrate and climbing tours throught the area. Carriage rides are offered, which are especially popular with children. The golf course is almost on the doorstep. There are tennis courts and you can play squash. For indoor climbers there's a bouldering hall.
The nearby areas such as Val Gardena and the Catinaccio are easily accessible by car. Very popular are exploratory trips by mountain bike. At the bike rental you can rent different bikes, such as mountain bikes, e-bikes or fat bikes. You can take a bath at the lake Fié or in the outdoor pool Telfen.

Siusi allo Sciliar in South Tyrol

lies at the foot of the Alpe di Siusi and the Sciliar. It is a lovely village in the Dolomites which is very popular thanks the proximity to the Alpe di Siusi.
Already at the beginning of the 19th century, crowned heads, Russian aristocracy and artists visited the village in the heart of South Tyrol. The last Saxon king, Friedrich III. (the namesake for a viewing platform: the Köngiswarte in the Laranzer forest) and the Russian researcher Count Aleksej Bobrinskoj and the writer Carl Zuckmayer made vacation in Siusi.
Siusi was the home of the poet and knight Oswald von Wolkenstein, who resided in the ruin of Hauenstein in the Middle Ages.

Cultural landscape Sciliar area

In Siusi there are two castle ruins: the ruin Salegg and the ruin Hauenstein. Both are located above Villa Fichtenheim and can be explored by foot.
In the Sciliar area you will find two other intact, medieval castles: the castle Trostburg and the castle Presule. Both castles can be visited and offer guided tours.
In Bolzano you can visit the Ötzi Museum, with the about five thousand years old glacier mummy. Distributed in the province of South Tyrol, there are also the Messner Mountain Museums, designed by the famous mountaineer Reinhold Messner.
