Our apartments

are very spacious and modern, comfortable and furnished in alpine flair. They can accommodate up to 6 people. The terrace and the garden of the apartment offer a cozy atmosphere and a beautiful view. On the southeast side you can see the Schlern massif with the Santer and Euringer.

The Villa Fichtenheim is surrounded by greenery and despite the proximity to the Seiser Alm Bahn from the main road and the traffic noise. The apartments are very bright, they were designed so that the living room has windows on three sides and is still protected from too much sunshine.

The apartment larch of about 78 m² is located on the ground floor of the house and consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, an anteroom and a kitchen with a terrace and garden.

Equipment of the ground floor apartment larch

The kitchen is equipped with a hotplate, microwave, fridge, water heater, dishwasher, coffee machine and kitchen towels. The bathroom consists of a shower, a toilet, a bidet and a sink. The hair dryer and the towels are available.

Also included are bed linen, sofa bed, cot, towels, flat screen TV with satellite and TV and Internet W-LAN. You can park your vehicle in the underground car park. Electricity and heating are included.
